Andreana joined Visa in 2002, as a Relationship Manager. She progressed to the positions of Senior Relationship Manager and then Country Manager for Greece & Cyprus. She represents Visa as a Director on the Visa Greece, Visa Cyprus & Visa Bulgaria Client Councils and is an authorized spokesperson for Visa. Since January 2019, Andreana is concurrently the Acting General Manager
for Greece, Cyprus & Bulgaria, working with Visa’s clients in this geography, building and leading the local cross-functional team, while implementing the company’s plans to increase its local footprint.
Before Visa, Andreana enjoyed a career in the pharmaceutical industry (German Multinational Boehringer Ingelheim), while earlier she has held positions in the field of biochemical research as well as in the retail sector in the USA. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Biochemistry and Molecular Biology from the University of Massachusetts Amherst and is the proud mother of two daughters, now both in University.
