ROMaction - Breaking stereotypes
Βreaking Stereotypes is an interactive digital platform designed as part of the “BREAK” project. Its mission is to dismantle harmful social stereotypes preventing Roma individuals from accessing the labour market by showcasing positive role models, mobilising Roma communities (especially women), and engaging local authorities and employers. Through multi-stakeholder collaboration and storytelling, the initiative aims to foster equal employment opportunities and social inclusion.
